DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure speed and reliability. We dispatch Monday to Saturday. Order by 2:30pm each day to ensure next day postage.

 

Delivery Times: Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days. If there is going to be a delay in your order you will be notified. 

 

Signed-for Service: For security, all deliveries require a signature. Please ensure that you, or someone on your behalf, is available at your home or work address to accept the parcel.

 

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

 

Third-Party Shipping: Deliveries to shipping companies or freight forwarders are at the customer’s own risk, as we cannot accept responsibility once handed over.
